BTFUND is a platform specializing in simulated funding accounts for educational purposes, providing users with a simulated trading environment to develop and evaluate their skills without using real capital. Users can access simulation tools, participate in evaluation challenges, and, if they achieve outstanding performance, receive rewards according to BTFUND’s criteria.

BTFUND IS NOT A FINANCIAL ENTITY NOR DOES IT PROVIDE REAL INVESTMENT SERVICES.
All operations on the Platform are simulations and do not represent real financial market transactions. Results obtained are purely simulated and do not guarantee profits in real capital environments nor constitute financial advice.

By accessing or using the Website in any way—including but not limited to registering, participating in simulations, browsing, or contributing content—YOU UNCONDITIONALLY ACCEPT these Terms and Conditions in full.

1. PURPOSE

3. ACCEPTANCE AND SCOPE

By accepting these Terms, USERS agree to comply fully and use the Platform legally and in accordance with these provisions. These Terms apply to all relations between USER and BTFUND unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Acceptance is a requirement for any activity on the Website. Usage without acceptance constitutes unauthorized use.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS

5. PAYMENTS

Payment must be made using approved methods. Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation.

5.2 Plans and Fees

BTFUND may change prices, features, or add/remove plans. Users will be notified and may opt to switch or cancel their plan.

5.3 Payment Deadlines

Fees and deadlines are published on the official site. Subscriptions must be cancelled at least one month before the next charge.

5.4 Refunds

No refunds will be issued once payment is processed. This includes renewals or recurring payments.

6. VIP USERS AND AFFILIATES

6.1 VIPs

Selected users may gain VIP status based on performance, activity, or other internal criteria. This includes benefits like faster processing, dedicated support, and enhanced capital.

6.2 Affiliates

Affiliates earn rewards for referring users through custom links or codes. Self-referrals and fraudulent activity are prohibited.

BTFUND may audit affiliates and revoke status or benefits at its discretion.

7. RULES AND ACCOUNT AUDITS

Users must comply with published trading rules (e.g., no latency arbitrage, spoofing, collusion, copy trading, etc.). These are detailed on the site.

BTFUND may audit accounts at any time and request supporting documents. Refusal to comply may be considered a serious violation.

Audits are mandatory for receiving rewards or affiliate benefits.

8. MINORS

Only users 18 and older may use the Platform. Misrepresentation of age will result in liability falling on guardians.

9. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION

BTFUND may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Violating rules or Terms
Non-payment
Refusal to accept updated Terms
Fraud, unauthorized use, or suspicious activity
Access from prohibited countries (e.g., Russia, Iran, North Korea, etc.)

Accounts may be blacklisted for future prevention.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

11. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

BTFUND is not liable for:

12. WARRANTIES

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

External links or services offered on the Platform are beyond BTFUND’s control. Users assume all risks when engaging with third-party offers.

14. DATA PROTECTION

15. DURATION AND TERMINATION

Services are provided indefinitely but may be terminated or suspended by BTFUND at any time.

17. ASSIGNMENT

18. SEVERABILITY

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
