Who We Are?
BTFUND (Trading Factory Pro) is a registered, licensed, and regulated company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Founded in May 2024, it was established with the purpose of consolidating a professional and transparent investment model aligned with the highest international standards.
Its founders, Iván Solís Fuste and David Martínez Mateo, are traders with extensive experience in the financial markets since 2014. For more than a decade, they have honed their expertise in risk management, investment strategy development, and the application of advanced technology to trading.
At BTFUND, our commitment is to provide a solid, reliable, and regulated investment framework, creating sustainable value and ensuring trust at every step of the process.
What is Trading Factory Pro?
Trading Factory Pro is a self-founded company created by traders for traders. Our mission is to provide support, training, and to identify profitable and consistent traders. We offer traders the opportunity to trade with simulated capital under professional rules, promoting proper professional development and creating a safe environment for the trader. Currently, we allow up to 5 active accounts per user, with a maximum allocation limit of up to $600K.
What evaluation models do you offer?
We offer three models: Direct Pass, 1-Phase Evaluation, and 2-Phase Evaluation. Traders can choose to trade CFDs or Futures, depending on their profile.

Are there any country restrictions or user restrictions?
Please be advised that Trading Factory Pro does not provide services to individuals residing in or originating from the United States, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, North Korea, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Japan, Canada, or Puerto Rico. No special qualifications are required to use our services. However, all clients must be at least 18 years of age.

How often can I withdraw my profits?
Every 15 days, with at least 10 active trading days for LIVE FUNDED accounts from the 1-Phase and 2-Phase Challenges.
For LIVE FUNDED INSTANT accounts, withdrawals every 15 days with at least 15 active trading days.
What percentage of profits can I withdraw?
1st withdrawal: 70% to the trader
2nd withdrawal: 80% to the trader
3rd withdrawal: 90% to the trader
From the 4th withdrawal onwards: 100% to the trader
Evaluation and Accounts
How long does it take to complete the evaluation?
We do not require a minimum number of days to complete the evaluation: you can progress as fast as you meet the objectives and follow the rules. For “Live” phase accounts, a minimum of five trading days is required, as we value consistency.
How long does it take to activate my account after the payment?
The account is activated automatically and instantly upon completion of the purchase, whether by card or cryptocurrency, through a single payment. Installment or partial payments are not available.
What capital can I trade with?
We offer accounts ranging from $15,000 to $300,000, with the possibility of having up to five active accounts per user.
Am I allowed to use all trading platform?
No. Each account is unique and is activated only on the platform you selected when purchasing the challenge. You cannot use the same account across different platforms.
Why can’t I connect to my Trading Platform?
Make sure you’re selecting the correct server. Copy and paste the login details sent to your email or go to your User Profile > Resources > View Credentials to retrieve them.
Where can I find my login credentials?
Your access credentials are available in your User Profile, under the Resources section by clicking on View Credentials.
Which devices can I use to trade?
Web Trader, PC version, and mobile app (iOS and Android)
What happens if I don’t use my account for a while?
If an account remains inactive for 60 consecutive days, it will be considered inactive. After this period, we reserve the right to permanently delete the account, including all associated data.
Will I be notified before my account is deleted due to inactivity?
Yes, we will send you at least one email notification before proceeding with the deletion of your account, giving you the opportunity to reactivate it.
How can I prevent my account from being deleted?
Just log in at least once every 60 days. Any activity on your account will reset the inactivity timer.
Can I recover my account after it has been deleted?
No. Once an account has been deleted due to inactivity, it cannot be recovered. You’ll need to create a new account if you wish to use our services again.
Is it mandatory to always trade with a Stop Loss (SL) and Take Profit (TP)?
No. You can trade and manage your account with the risk management you prefer.
Which broker do we work with?
Our Broker: TAUREX
TAUREX is our partner broker, established in 2017 and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles under license SD092.
In addition, it is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) of the United Kingdom under license 816055, ensuring a secure and transparent operating framework.

Can balances from different accounts be consolidated into a single larger account?
No. Each account is strictly individual and operates independently.
Do I get a refund if I pass the challenge?
No. Once you pass the challenge you will be assigned a LIVE FUNDED account, but the purchase fee is non-refundable.
Which platforms can I trade on?
For CFDs: cTrader and MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
For Futures: ATAS (currently in testing phase)
What leverage is allowed?
Indices: 1:30
Commodities: 1:30
Forex: 1:30
Crypto: 1:5
Example: with 1,000 USD in the account and 1:30 leverage, you can trade a notional value of 30,000 USD.
What are the conditions for giveaway or gifted accounts?
Funding accounts obtained through giveaways, promotions, or as gifts from our partners include a 50% profit split on the first withdrawal requested.
However, winners of these accounts can access a special discount to purchase a new account without this rule or condition.
This benefit can be claimed directly with the partner or leader who provided the free account.
Trading and Rules
Is swing trading and holding positions overnight allowed?
Yes, both during the evaluation phase and on active accounts.
Can I trade during major economic events?
Yes, it is allowed.
Are bots or automated trading systems allowed?
The use of HFT bots and similar bot models is strictly prohibited.
Are trade copiers or copy trading allowed?
Trade copiers are only allowed within the same user account and from the same IP address. Copying across different users or IPs is not permitted.
What is the “Consistency Rule”?
The consistency rule ensures that your results are sustainable and not dependent on a single trade. This means that no winning trade may exceed a specific percentage of the withdrawal amount requested.
The percentages vary depending on the account type:
Direct Pass Account → 40%
1-Phase Challenge → 45%
2-Phase Challenge → 50%
👉 Example:
If you request a withdrawal of $1,000 in a Direct Pass account, none of your winning trades can exceed $400.
In the case of a 2-Phase Challenge, no trade can exceed $500 from that same withdrawal.
This rule ensures that your profits come from consistent trading activity rather than a single trade.
What happens if I exceed the daily or total drawdown limit?
In the event that you exceed either the daily or total drawdown limit, your account will be automatically closed and terminated by default, as this constitutes a breach of the trading rules.
How is the Daily Drawdown and Total Drawdown calculated?
Max Daily Loss: This represents the maximum percentage by which the account may decrease, calculated from the previous day’s closing balance. The limit is recalculated daily at 00:00 UTC.
EOD Balance Trailing Drawdown (Dynamic Accumulated Loss): This refers to the maximum permissible decrease in the account, expressed as a percentage of the initial balance, and measured against the highest end-of-day balance previously reached. The threshold increases only when a new maximum balance is recorded at the end of the trading day. It is updated daily at 00:00 UTC, with the drawdown always based on the initial balance.
What trading commissions apply?
We do not charge any commissions for opening or closing positions.
What maximum lot sizes are recommended per asset type?
Forex: 1 lot per 10k
Metals: 1 lot per 20k
Indices: 0.5 lots per 10k
Crypto: 1 lot per 50k
Can I access the account scaling program?
Only profitable and consistent traders identified by our system and analysts can access the scaling plan and move to Book A.
How do you identify profitable and consistent traders?
We continuously monitor all accounts. When a trader demonstrates sustained results and consistency, our team contacts them to offer access to the scaling program and additional support.
Payments, Withdrawals & Payouts
How does the profit split work?
The first $10,000 in profits are 100% for the trader. Beyond that, the split ranges between 80% and 90%, depending on the account type.
In which currencies can profits be withdrawn?
Withdrawals can be made in fiat currency or cryptocurrencies. We offer a variety of blockchain networks and multiple cryptocurrencies to best suit your needs.
Why can’t I withdraw at this moment?
The withdrawal system is fully automated.
Once you meet all the established rules and conditions, the “Withdrawal Request” button will automatically become available in your user dashboard.
How can I purchase the Challenge?
You may purchase the Challenge either through fiat payment using a debit card or via cryptocurrencies. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase; installment or partial payments are not permitted.
What is the minimum amount required to request withdrawals?
The minimum positive balance required is $100, provided that all system rules have been fully complied with.
Affiliates
What is the affiliate program about?
Earn between 10% and 30% commission on every purchase made through your personalized affiliate link, thanks to our multi-level affiliate system
How does the TFP Affiliate Program work?
Trading Factory Pro allows you to earn commissions by promoting our funding challenges. The more sales you generate, the higher your level, and the greater your earnings, including income from referred affiliates.
What levels exist and what commissions does each offer?
Level 1 – Starter
Direct commission: 10%
Cookie: 90 days
No sub-affiliates included
Level 2 – Pro Partner
Requirements: 7 sales or €1,000 in revenue within 30 days
Direct commission: 15%

Requirements: 30 sales or €5,000 in revenue within 30 days

Can I earn commissions by referring other affiliates?
Yes. Starting from Level 2, you can earn commissions from your referred affiliates across up to 3 tiers:
Level 2: 5% on the sales of your direct referrals (Tier 2)
Level 3: 5% on Tier 2 + 2% on Tier 3 (referrals of your referrals)
This allows you to build a network and generate passive income.

What tracking methods does TFP use?
We track through:

This ensures your commissions are correctly attributed, even if the link is not used directly.
When do I receive my commissions?
Commissions can be requested between the 1st and 5th of each month once you have reached a minimum of $300 accumulated. You can choose between:
Bank transfer
Can I use paid advertising with my link?
Yes, but you must follow these rules:
Brand bidding is not allowed (using “Trading Factory Pro” as a direct keyword in ads).
Promotion must be ethical and transparent.
You may use Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, and more, provided prior approval is obtained if using our brand or graphic resources.
Is there a limit to the number of affiliates?
No. You can refer as many affiliates as you wish. The more you sell or help sell, the higher your income.

How long does it take for my account to be activated after payment?
Typically, your account is activated within a few hours. The maximum activation time is 24 hours.
KYC and Security
What documents are needed to complete the KYC process?
An official photo ID and a recent proof of address are required.
What should I consider when submitting my documents?
The documents must be legible, match your registered information, and be sent over a secure connection to ensure the protection of your data.

Anti-Fraud Rules
What happens if the platform detects suspicious activity on my account?
Any activity deemed fraudulent or not representative of legitimate trading practices will result in immediate termination and permanent loss of the account, with no right to refund or reinstatement.
Is it allowed to use multiple IPs or share an IP with other users?
No. The unjustified use of multiple IP addresses (e.g., constant location changes) or sharing the same IP between different users without a valid explanation will be considered fraudulent activity and will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of the account.
Can I take advantage of technical failures or platform delays?
No. It is strictly forbidden to exploit system errors, price update delays, or any type of technical discrepancy (e.g., latency or decalage operations). Any attempt to profit from such failures will be considered fraud and will result in the immediate termination of the account.
What practices are prohibited on the platform?
The following activities are strictly forbidden and will result in the immediate termination of the account without refund:
Operating in collusion or coordination between multiple accounts (group trading).
Using outdated external data sources to execute artificial trades.
Creating or using multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or reset evaluations.
Simulating artificial activity without a legitimate trading purpose.
Abusing bonuses, incentives, or promotions for improper purposes.
Executing arbitrage strategies of any kind (latency, triangular, statistical, etc.).
Exploiting low-liquidity conditions to obtain non-representative advantages.
Misusing leverage or maintaining excessive exposure.
Manipulating trade sizes with abnormal volumes.
Engaging in copy trading without prior authorization.
Using automated Bots (Scalping Bots, Arbitrage Bots, Market Making Bots, Grid Trading Bots, News-Based Bots, or High-Frequency Trading – HFT).
Allowing third parties to manage your account or managing accounts on behalf of others.
Selling, assigning, or transferring accounts under any circumstances.
Applying strategies that are not representative of real markets (tick scalping, grid trading, one-sided betting, etc.).
Repeating prohibited practices after receiving a prior warning.
What happens if I repeatedly engage in prohibited conduct?
Repeated violations of prohibited conduct, even after receiving a prior warning, will result in the immediate and permanent termination of the account, along with the loss of all associated rights, without refund or reinstatement.
What happens if fraud is detected on an account?
All anti-fraud rules are published on our website (currently in English). They will be available in Spanish soon.
Any attempt at fraud or market manipulation may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending payouts.
What happens if I engage in harmful advertising or negative propaganda against TFPRO?
Trading Factory Pro reserves the right to immediately and permanently close any account if a user engages in harmful advertising, malicious propaganda, or any form of communication that damages the company’s image, reputation, or credibility.
Such closure may be carried out without further justification and will result in the total and irrevocable loss of the account, as well as the permanent disqualification of the user from operating or maintaining any contractual relationship with TFP.
These measures are implemented to protect the integrity of our community, preserve the transparency of our services, and ensure a professional and trustworthy environment.
